We're going to have to adjust Cloud Retainer's entries at some point. She's warmed quite a bit in comparison to her first appearance, and from the way Zhongli talked about her I'm inclined to believe that her demeanor during the Archon Quest was because her good friend was killed on someone else's watch, and is more of a Jerkass Ball moment for her than the norm. Not to say that we sweep that under the rug, just that the entries do make her sound way nastier than she might be, even if she's a bit more unpleasant than the writers intended.

Yeah, agreed. She keeps an eye on Liyue's people way more often than the other Zhenjun, and seems to be more of the "jerk with a heart of gold"-variety than an outright jerkass
I want to talk real quick about the Adepti. It's becoming apparent to me that the Adepti are an order of beings sworn to follow Morax rather than a race, and correspondingly empowered by him. The lore is starting to draw clearer distinctions between the ranks of the Adepti and the "Illuminated Beasts" (ie Qilins) from which the ranks of the Adepti are mostly populated. For example, Shenhe's profile mentions that she mostly had contact with the Adepti and "the odd Illuminated Beast", which wouldn't make much sense if they were one and the same. This further clarifies the distinction between Ganyu, who is both half-Qilin and an Adeptus, and Yanfei, who is also half-Illuminated Beast but is NOT formally considered a member of the Adepti, and also better explains how humans and other gods like Marchosias are able to join them. I would like to correspondingly rewrite all relevant entries to reflect this, provided there are no major objections.

While it seems that the Adepti are partly defined by having a contract with Morax to protect Liyue, I haven't seen much that would suggest they are also empowered by him. It looks more like they have to bring their powers to the table beforehand, which is easy for illuminated beasts and gods, and for humans they had to undergo some trials and maybe learn some "adepti-arts".

You do need to have a degree of personal power yes, but the Serenitea Pot quest has Madame Ping state that Morax is responsible for a few extra perks like subspace creation, which lets them make their own personal domains (like the teapot).
Fair point. Personally I wouldn't object to you editing the relevant entries. Should that mean that Yanfei's, Chubby's and Tubby's entries should be moved, as neither of the three are formally recognized as Adepti?
Don't know. Chubby and Tubby are adeptal creations and serve(d) the Adepti directly, so they have reason to be listed among them. Yanfei could go either way though, being an "honorary" adeptus, half Illuminated Beast, and having an adeptus for a dad. I'll just edit whatever is necessary.
Could we put spoiler tags for Cloud Retainer's SQ and related characters? They may not be particularly plot-relevant in the grand scheme of things but it's only been a few days since she was released.
