I would like to ask whether or not we should add these types of characters as playables:
- Guest Star Party Members (Black Knight in Radiant Dawn)
- NP Cs that are Promoted to Playable in spinoffs: Ninian with a dragonstone, Yune, Naga, Grima, as well as Heroes originals such as Hrid and Surtr.
- Trial Map-only characters: The villains and allied NP Cs that are only playable in certain maps after beating the main campaign.
- DLC/Spotpass/Amiibo characters: Mostly concerns the 3DS games, there are some listed on the page, and there are too many to list here.

Should we keep Arch Knights and Nomads in the Cavalier section or move to Archer? Especially the Nomads where there's nothing knightly about them unlike the other Cavalier variants.

Should witch remain as an entry separate from Shaman? Now that Tearring Saga is gone, there's only two games in which they've appeared, with only one playable appearance and only as a DLC class?

I think Witch is a distinct enough class for its own entry. Number of appearances don't really matter imo.

Its basically just a Shaman that can teleport, why should it get its own entry and not classes like Pirate or Monk?

They aren't just Shamans/Dark Mages that can teleport. They have specific lore attached to them, they are Always Female, they have different skills like the aforementioned teleport, and Fates treats them as a separate class.
Also, there's no reason why Pirate can't have its own section. I'm not sure about Monk, though.

They have specific lore attached to them in Gaiden alone, not the series in general. Witches have earned a page on the Gaiden character page, but not a franchise as a whole page.
Plenty of classes get treated as separate, yet aren't counted as separate here. Cantor/Summoner has appeared more then witch.
I mean they still appear in Fates and are still in 3 games, but I see where you're coming from. I think we need more opinions on this.
To my knowledge, Cantor/Summoner doesn't have a entry just from a lack of anybody adding one, not because we decided they don't deserve one. You're totally free to add one for them.

3 games is still the least out of any class in the franchise but Bride and the Fates introduced classes. There's not a specific character type associated with Witch, particularly without Tearring saga, which is the only game to contain a recruitable witch.
I'll probably add a summoner class entry along with the Minor Path of Radiance boss section.
I don't think a specific character type association is needed for this page. We just need gameplay and some lore tropes, which Witch does provide on its own. Bride could also get its own entry since it sounds pretty distinctive despite only being in one game, but I'm not too familiar with it so *shrugs*.

As mentioned, Witch's only distinction against Shaman is having teleportation, the only real info on it is entirely exclusively to Gaiden and its direct remake.
Take Ballistician, that appears in many games, yet is just part of the archer entry.
