Does it really makes sense to move the super mutants to the factions area? They aren't socially or politically united and often vary significantly in culture and behavior; more generally, I'm not convinced that if the ghouls are best placed under the species section then the super mutants aren't — and I'm really not convinced that the ghouls are viable as a faction.
Personally, I'd just be in favor of making a section for human mutants alongside those for regular critters and for robots.

Agreed. I think super mutants and ghouls could stand to be separate from animal mutants, but not as a faction in their own right. The Unity/Children of the Cathedral is a faction, though, with non-mutant members. We could still create that on its own.
That seems like the best option to me as well. Should I go ahead and make the split?
Well, I'm in favour. It doesn't seem like a huge change and I guess we can always change it back if there are any objections. Or we can wait until someone else chimes in.

The 'Super Mutants' folder could arguably be considered a faction and not a creature type despite the variety in strains, could it be worth a transfer up there?

I think maybe just create a section for The Unity / The Master's Army / The Children of the Cathedral and split off any tropes that apply more to the faction than the creatures up there? Just because then there's room for the group's human recruiters, the Master himself (those tropes that apply to how the group views him, say, rather than the actual Master), their psychic prisoners, etc.

There seems to be a mix-up here. Both Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 got character pages that predates this one. Is a merge in order?

So, the page seems to have reached splitting length. How does it seem this should be done? My instinct is to split off the mutant/creature/robot section to its own page — it's by far the longest and most well-developed part of this page.
