Moving the example here:
- Satellite Character: Aside from his Jerk Jock persona to the Eds, he's rarely important to the show, has no Hidden Depths, and has little screen time.

Okay, why do people constantly add Ambiguously Gay for Jimmy, when he's shown to have a crush on Sarah. He's not gay, he just has a LOT of girly traits.
Is Kevin a Satellite Character? By definition, a Satellite Character is a character whose entire role is based around another character. Kevin is a mainly a Jerk Jock who hates the Eds, but is also a friend to Rolf (and gets a few subplots with him, like "Boom Boom Out Goes the Ed"), and then there's the Ship Tease with Nazz and the subplot about it in the movie.
Unlike what his Satellite Character entry says, Kevin has just as much depth and screen-time than all the other male characters (unlike Nazz and Sarah who are more Out of Focus)
Jonny has more depth than Kevin? He's mostly a foil to Plank, and this makes him a Satellite Character too. If Kevin is a Satellite Character, so are Jonny, Rolf, and everyone else
