The thing is that the Ginyu Force are a very, very tight group in Abridged, even more so than canon. If they were all capable of going somewhere, they would do so together, and would mention the captain (who they all look up to), and so it's very strange he's not mentioned in the slightest. Also Frieza and Guru were not killed during the time of king kai's invasion.
Re: Adaptation-Induced Plot Hole Considering he's been acting like a frog this entire time, the other Ginyus might have just left him back at the entrance to the afterlife. And him being in HFIL despite not being at King Kai's planet doesn't mean anything, since neither were Cui, Freeza, Dodoria, Zarbon, or Guru.
