Hi. Yes, as neither character meets the requirements for Character Specific Pages and after discussion in the relevant forum, it seemed the most appropriate solution.

honestly i think it would make a lot more sense to just put a subsection for fourteen on ten's page, especially since fifteen's page is probably going to get a lot longer

It may be better to move both entries under the Doctor's main character page where Fourten was before. Fifteen will probably meet the requirements eventually, but till then it can be kept there too.
