Can someone point me to the definite placement, and translation of, this video:

Google translate gives it as "Buildup to the Garden of Evangelion", googling this phrase fails to bring the english name of the song.
Geez, for a long time I thought there wasn't any entries for Welcome to the NHK having good music that I was going to go crazy. XD
The whole soundtrack is really good. :) Probably the best soundtrack I know. There's only a handful of animes no matter how good they are that have tracks that are really memorable, whether it's genuinely good or just an Ear Worm. :p
Death Note, Shugo Chara, and .Hack//Sign also do it for me, but there's also that one casual, laid back song from Haruhi Suzumiya that gets to me which I think is the first thing you hear in the movie. XD
