I heard that the Nebraska Cornhuskers finished the 2021 season with a 3-9 record. Looks like Scott Frost's days in Lincoln are numbered. Yikes!

The Florida State Seminoles football team has recently become this after Bobby Bowden retired. The Seminoles would fail to qualify for a bowl game during the 2018 season for the first time since 1982 by finishing 5-7 that year. The following year, the Seminoles finished a disappointing 6-7 that year.

I would say add them, especially considering that towards the end of Bowden's tenure, the team was just average and fell behind Florida in the state.
I updated the 2021 Florida Gators football season as they lost to Group of Five team UCF 29-17 in the 2021 Gasparilla Bowl to finish the season at 6-7.
