Is it just me or are some of the examples, particularly under the YMMV tab, unnecessarily snarky? A lot of it sounds like a cynical series 0 fanboy mad that the card game became the central focus.
Don't die on me too quickly, I want to gorge myself on this sense of fulfillment until I vomit.

How are these examples?:
- Adorably Precocious Child: Yugi and Mokuba.
- In The Movie of the first anime, also Shougo.
All those years, I thought that the Millennium Rod was like an ax, but it turns out that the only sharp part was the dagger at the bottom, which was edited out by 4Kids, naturally.
