Two characters in one show have a similar relationship to two characters in another? Okay, maybe. But both shows came out during the same season. I have a hard time believing they were just making that particular relationship up as they went along, saw another show coming out at the same time theirs was, and said "yeah, okay, let's just copy that."
I'll wait a couple days for responses, then I'm gonna remove it.
