Metroids? We know what they are, how they work, and where they came from. Not everything they do makes sense but they are too well documented to be eldritch abominations. The X parasite we don\'t know the exact origins of but they hardly seem mysterious enough to be Eldritch. The Ing should be disqualified just on familiarity.
