The standard I\'ve seen is that if the book and the book don\'t differ substantially, then they share the same page. Hence why \'\'{{Literature/Atonement}}\'\' has trope for the film, versus the book \'\'Literature/NakedLunch\'\' and the film \'\'Film/NakedLunch\'\'. FanMyopia isn\'t really a problem if the tropers are just to going to find mostly the same thing.
