#1. Killing a soldier on an active battlefield as they exit a building isn\'t murder. They were pretty clearly trying to kill him without exposing themselves to counterattack, which is just good tactics.
#2. The guy spraying the door indiscriminately has nothing to do with the later ambush for the purposes of tropemaking. Only the ambush gets him hoisted.
#3. Just checked. He definitely slides, having misstepped from the high door (high enough that it seemed like a loading dock for pickup trucks or something).
