2. It\\\'s set in Japan, in a fictional city I haven\\\'t named yet. On the mention of gun laws, would it be possible to get a link to some sort of \\\"Japan\\\'s Gun Laws for Idiots\\\"? This actually would be important, as #2 would use a firearm.

3. [[spoiler: #7 gets infinite wishes should he win. This never really comes up, as he dies in each timeline except for the final one. Letting him win somehow would result in a very rare \\\"bad end\\\", because he just wishes everybody else out of existence.]]

4. Good question, and one I\\\'ve been thinking over for a while. WARNING: INFO DUMP

[[spoiler: The Hour is actually Jung\\\'s Collective Unconscious, where the ideas of people reside. The fact that the Participants can even be there is due to meddling on the antagonist\\\'s side. Humans can\\\'t go to the Hour, so instead their consciousness is ripped out of their body and put into a spare \\\"idea\\\", allowing them to interact with things in the Hour. Normally the Hour is just like the real world, with ideas going from person to person, but as the clock resets everything stops. This is the only time that the Participants can enter. ]]
[[spoiler:Mind-entering is, to borrow a word, an intrinsic property of the Hour, and one major bit of the War is that you can enter anyone\\\'s mind, no matter what state they are in. Since each Participant isn\\\'t actually human, but an idea, their consciousness can be \\\"edited\\\", just like ideas can. This is how mind-entering works. ]]

[[spoiler:Being asleep doesn\\\'t matter, but Participants and bystanders can be affected. This comes into play on the first loop, where Saigi has to re-enact the plot of the movie Inception and remove the idea of \\\"Saigi Elsee resides in this place\\\" from 2 policemen who are looking for him in his hiding place; the mall. ]]

5. LOOK MORE TECHNOBABBLE

[[spoiler: I\\\'ve edited this bit, so editing of the main is in order. Now then:]]

[[spoiler:The thing that is crucial to understand here is that ideas cannot be destroyed. Ideas in the Collective Unconsciousness can only be moved around or changed. However, a human mind is more fragile. So, as I stated earlier, since each Participant is residing in an \\\"idea\\\" yet is still a human consciousness, through that loophole they can be destroyed. Now, the collective unconsciousness does not like it when an idea is outright destroyed. It creates an idea vacuum that sucks in ideas and creates an idea-rich area. This is why when a Participant is defeated their death creates a lot of media attention: a lot of ideas are flowing around this event. ]]

[[spoiler:Normally, this would be fine. However, all of this takes place in about a week or 2, and in a relatively small area, so after 6 people/ideas are destroyed the CC can\\\'t take it any more. There are now so many ideas flowing in from EVERYWHERE that they condense into a sort of black sun, nicknamed the Niger Sol (duh). It is so dense that it sucks up every idea in the world. Through reality screwery on the part of the antagonist, the winner\\\'s Shadow becomes the organizer/editor of all these ideas, becoming God. The winner gets to receive one wish from \\\"God\\\", since the Shadow is a part of the Participant to begin with. ]]
