He Confronts Evil Head On and Decapitates the Enemy Single Handed, then he gets Thrown Down The Bottomless Pit, and survives (sort of). It doesn\\\'t get more awesome than that.

That one was certainly his first Crowning Moment of Awesome. And the moment of awesome gets an extension when Vir actually gets his wish.
