are there anchors on the section headings so that one could link directly to the section with a \\\"#\\\" thingy (I believe called a fragment identifier, technically) in the URL? I am looking at the source and either I\\\'m missing it (quite possible since I\\\'m not good with HTML) or there is no anchor id, and a wild guess based on one of the headings didn\\\'t work either.
Looks like the wiki markup is too strict to allow me to use the <a> tag, or I would address my own question with a helpful edit.
