...Is Needle still considered a Scrappy Weapon? At the very least, Crystal Needle seems to be able to aim their stars quite nicely, only struggling against fast-moving erratic targets (such as Meta Knight), and it moves pretty fast because of its midair Roling attack. And, 7:20 seems a decent time for the last boss rush.
