They all indicate a tone of voice not well conveyed on paper, and they\\\'re all legitimate - depending on the arena for which you are writing.

I\\\'ve never known anyone well-versed in English to accept the stacking of exclamation points or question marks as anything but [[WantonCrueltyToTheCommonComma Wanton Cruelty]]. I\\\'ve especially never heard of anyone who seriously considered double question marks acceptable until I read this.
