Gives Seliph a player phase option while working great with Sigurd\\\'s solid attack and def while helping him get past follow prevention if speed invested
Rhajat also got a good refine yeah. Infantry ranged pain/flash is incredibly nice and can be a nice pulsed nuke on AR def with her rein. Cav effectiveness is cool too I guess
