There\'s no artistic license here. Just because Vlad has the capital to buy any team he wanted, it doesn\'t mean he\'d be able to. Especially not the Packers, since the team bylaws state that shares can only be sold back to the team, itself. Even if Vlad overshadowed the right people to allow him to simply buy enough shares to take over, the NFL would step in and void any such deal. Not to mention transfer of ownership and team movement would require a 3/4th majority of the other team owners (22 of 31) to vote in favor. The team and the league can simply say \
