As a matter of fact, Ursa loved Azula but didn\'t show it accurately. Instead of telling Ozai to stop neglecting Zuko, she spent more time with her son so he wouldn\'t be so effected by that. She didn\'t think Azula needed her as much as Zuko and that was a mistake.Azula became hurt without Ursa realizing it. She wasn\'t really aware of Ozai was a bad influence on Azula too.
