Is it OK if I make the Horn of Africa a separate region from East Africa, as there are some models of the regions of Africa that include it/Northeast Africa as it's own region, and it certainly seems distinct enough culturally from the rest of East Africa and sub-Saharan Africa as a whole to be considered it's own region?
