In regards to the second point, I guess some clarification is needed: Signum is the strongest melee fighter in the Nanoha franchise. Cypha engages her in her area of specialty, breaks her sword \\\'\\\'by being hit with it\\\'\\\', and nearly kills her with a single attack. That\\\'s not a simple case of being good at something or posing a threat to the heroes, that\\\'s a CurbStompBattle that would make [[{{Bleach}} Sosuke Aizen]] proud. Between that and the SuperpowerLottery that makes her immune to the attacks of every single character in the franchise, it sounds to me like Cypha fits the GodModeSue-type VillainSue perfectly.
