Seems to be just a standalone comic, not sort of a strip. Don’t know who the artist is.

Reverse image search says it's a free-to-use comic, but there's no source or author.

Found it on Amazon
(it was used as a card so it seems). "Illustration by cartoonist Rich Skipworth."
Does anybody know what artist/strip the comic below is from? We want to use it for a trope on the launch pad, but I haven't been able to find the source, even with a reverse image search.
