The mid-80's release date, long hair, glowing sword, futuristic setting, and revolution plotline all fit. Not sure if his nose is "long" per sé but it's sorta pointy. :D

Darn :P I'll take one more stab at it and suggest either "Blackstar" or "Thundarr the Barbarian", these are early 80's cartoons so I'm not sure if we're going too far back time-wise... but both took place in futuristic-yet-magical worlds with swordplay, and both characters' swords (Star Sword and Sun Sword, respectively) were energy weapons. Still not sure about the nose thing, haha :D
it neither of that , but thanks for your help any way , well the show is late 90s or early 2000s i think , and the main character is kinda similar to Robin Hood, both the good and the bad guys got this kinda of light saber in the smae color , and the show is kinda similar to Chris Colorado in some way , it even got replaced by Chris Colorado after it ended in the Tv Chanel where i watched it if that could help
Might be too early but there was a similar 80's show called "Spiral Zone" lots of laser swords and pew pew action.

looking for a cartoon from the 90s probbably the 80s about an underground revolutions in a kind of futuristic world which they use some laser swords , thier leader and the main protagonist is a cool long haired character with long nose
