Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
Huh. I'd venture to guess it has something or other to due with your name being entirely numbers?
What he said. Pages starting with numbers must be ptitles. Edit this page. You'll need to include a link to the ptitle in your signature or something, if you want other people to have a link.
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”Thanks. How do I add that sign other people have on theirs that says "contributor's Page"?
Edited by 411314 the world is so complicatedYou wait a bit, and it appears automatically.
On the topic of contributor pages, is there a page template for making them and/or an example?
Also, is there any way to see things that fell off the bottom of Ask The Tropers?
Edited by nrjxllContributor page is yours to edit, there's no real template. Go crazy.
Just don't break the site.
If you'd like some tips based on what I've seen, a typical page might have a description and a "Vandalize here" section, possibly a trope list and a quote. But you can do whatever you want, and originality is always cool.

How do I start my own contributor page? I can't seem to make it work. Even when I clink on the link of my own name, 411314, on a forum where I've written, such as this one, instead of taking me to a contributor page template like it does for everyone else on the forum, it takes me back to the Home Page. What am I doing wrong?
