I did search but didn't find it...I was searching for both "nuked" and "launched" at once, which produces no results. Which is quite odd, because if I just search for "nuked" then at least one of the hits includes "launched" in the title.
The Feather Fall
and Camera Shy
trope drafts say they were nuked. However, they were actually launched, at Feather Fall and Camera Shy, and furthermore, they don't show up in the Discards list
or the Launches list
