ETA: Mouth of Sauron might also apply, if the person needs the nickname because they can never appear.

Our Lawyers Advised This Trope if they did. If they didn't (out loud), No Celebrities Were Harmed should work (the name is a bit misleading).
For THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT, on the track thanK you aIMee, the narrator talks about a small-town high school bully. However, the song is blatantly about Kim Kardashian (right down to the capitalized letters literally spelling out KIM). Lampshaded in the song itself with "And so I changed your name and any real defining clues". It serves a dual purpose of not only making the song not a full on diss track with direct naming-and-shaming, but also to "downgrade" what Kardashian did - her article on TMZ being turned into her writing into the town paper, etc. - essentially saying that no matter her level of celebrity Kim/Aimee is only as good as a petty, small-minded, small-town high school mean girl. Which tropes would be applicable?
