You can do the (release date) or (Album) or (musician name) as disambiguation. Whichever makes sense to you. Release date seems to be favored.

I'm considering making a page on this site for an album, but I've found out that the album shares a name with an unrelated TV series — and the show is also capitalized differently from the album — so I'll have to add something to the title to prevent confusion between the two.
However, I'm not sure how this is handled in regards to music. With some media (e.g. TV shows, movies, and video games), the standard procedure in most cases is to just add the year that the work was released. With albums, I think either "Album", "(Name of Musician)", or "(Name of Musician) Album" is supposed to be added to the end — but I'm not sure if there's a rule about which one I should do.
