Could it be Angela from one of Night of the Demons series?
I don't think it was Night of The Demons but I definitely think it was kind of similar to that, the outfit was definitely a black swimsuit and it was a blonde actress (not Linnea Quigley although similar kind of hair style to her character), she looked kind of wicked witch-like as a demon with a deadite look. The Deviantart account I saw this on is Juliegrey 2001 (said user deactivated their account).

Yes, but not all of the links work on the archive and I remember that the scene in question was screencapped on there. I have a hunch it was either 'Bad Channels' one of the 'Witchboard' movies or possibly 'Teenage Exorcist'. I get a 403 error message when I try to look at the other pages in the gallery.

Likely not Bad Channels, that involved aliens shrinking down women to doll size to abduct them.
Full Moon & Empire had a ton of Demons-esque films, and a demon-possessed bikini women sounds more late 80s than anything I've ever heard, so I think you're on the right track there. One of the Witchboards, Night of the Demons series, or Teenage Exorcist seem like good guesses. Maybe Demons 2, with the scene in the gym/aerobics studio. It might also be worth looking at Necropolis, Witchtrap, Netherworld, Dark Angel: The Ascent, and any of the various unrelated Church films, like Catacombs. I'll take a look later and see if I can dig anything up.
Definitely sounds like Necropolis or Witchtrap, I may have gotten the color of the swimming costume mixed up because I definitely feel it was a silver swimsuit, I was thinking it was black. I definitely remember the demon makeup looking like a deadite though.

Update: the movie is 'Huntress: Spirit of the Night' but I don't remember which scene it is.
I definitely think this movie was a Full Moon/Empire feature and I remember seeing a scene from the movie on Deviantart, basically there was deadite-esque demon transforming inot a beautiful woman in a black outfit, like a black bikini/swimsuit, I cannot rememember the title.
