alright dude, as someone else who is PLAUGED by this song, and has been for years, i finally have an answer for you, and unfortunately, it's not a good one. i have scoured every forum, every website, i've watched every single maximum ride tribute video on the internet from now since 2011 (when the book nevermore was announced.) i actually managed to track down the link to the video in some decrepit corner of a maximum ride facebook group so i could plug it into the wayback machine, but to no avail. unfortunately for us, the video has long since been taken down, and it has not been backed up anywhere. you know when people say 'when it's on the internet, it's there forever'? yeah, apparently not. BUT I promise I don't only come bearing bad news! Thankfully when I was younger, I memorized it, so here are the full lyrics for your viewing pleasure. OH MY GOSH THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! It's a shame that it was never properly archived, especially since I remember the singer having such a gorgeous voice, but man just having the lyrics and knowing that my sibling and I didn't collectively hallucinate the whole thing means so much to me you have no idea. Thank you once again from the bottom of my heart, I'm going to send this to my sibling right now :D
There's this fan song for the Maximum Ride series that my sibling and I loved when we were kids, but don't remember the name of or where it was posted. I don't know all the lyrics, but I do remember the chorus:

There was also a pre-chorus part that went:

I've tried asking some people in the MR fandom itself, but nobody seems to know of this song. If anyone here has any idea what I'm talking about, I would be so incredibly grateful for the name of the song/a link to it - it's been driving me crazy for almost two years now.
