We also made improbable RPG Stats and improbable RPG weapons, with a similar tone.

I could absolutely see "Velociraptor" as an RPG class—I'm imagining it as something of a "Fragile Speedster", perhaps with shades of a Rogue.
"Crazy Cat Lady" might work in something comedic: Give her cats to throw at people, with various different effects. Fluffy ones for allies to pet, angry ones to deal damage or debuff, etc.

In terms of RPG, a "Fast Food Customer" might be a "Quest Giver" who is basically an alchemist that makes requests and conjures gold to give to those who completes them within the time-limit.
Basically, they summon money in exchange for materials, supplies and favors.

The "Shaman"
No physical armor or defenses, almost completely nude with little desire for equipment thanks to their blessings of the world. Relying solely on nature spirits to empower themselves into becoming stronger, faster and expand their senses. Heals using sunlight and water as fuel. Can become hard as the tree or in top-levels as the mountain.
One with the "Creation" in contrast to the Paladin who is one with the "Creator".
Something like that.
