Precure - punches and kickes galore. This basically an action show in the guise of a magical girl anime.
Shugo Chara - Amu's really not very girly but there's hints of romance bits goings on so eh.
Sailor Moon - Fighting monsters, it's pretty girly but not super girl-y.
Tokyo Mew Mew - Similar to above but with a more romance-y bent.
Mermaid Melody - unsure, never saw it.
Cardcaptor Sakura - Romance, flowers, relationship hijinks. Even the Cards aren't too action-y. I'll put this at most girly for now.
