All discussions need to occur in these threads; here we only enact finalized decisions.
Please keep in mind that moderators are likely not familiar with the work/s the video/s is/are from. As such:
- Mention the video's name.
- If you want a trope added or removed from a video, please explain how the video fits/doesn't fit the trope or link to other discussions supporting your proposal.
- If you want the description changed, please write up a draft for the description.
- Videos that lack a media source go to Videos Without a Source and shouldn't be reported here. If a source has been found, feel free to submit a request for it to be added to the video.
Requests that don't fulfill the above requirements will not be handled.

I just downvoted the video so its score is lower than Rick and Morty, so you can remove it.

Hey, so
It's my first time uploading a video example and I kinda screwed up the description for my upload. It's for Hostile Show Takeover. I've asked for permission from a You Tuber named "PO Me Granite R" to use a clip of one of their videos and they agreed on the condition that I cite their work. I tried doing this in the video description by adding a link to their video, but I kind of messed up the formatting. Is there a way to edit this or do I got to start over?

It can be edited, yes; go to the same page you uploaded it from and your videos should be grouped together at the top, with a gear icon in the corner of each one. Click that and you can edit the description, the attached media, the thumbnail, and even delete it entirely.
Note that there are known bugs which can prevent you from actually doing that, but this is how it works when it works.

The video example on VideoExamples.Persona has VideoGame.Persona listed as one of its sources, which is a disambiguation page. That should either be changed to Franchise.Persona or removed (since VideoGame.Persona 5 is already listed as a source)

The Dynamic Entry video example for the Henry Stickmin Series should probably be cut as it's an unedited and compressed window capture of someone's Firefox session containing the scene from the original Newgrounds version. Moreover, the exact same scene from the remaster (which doesn't have any changes to it except for updated art) is already uploaded under Shadow of Impending Doom with no quality issues whatsoever.

I was able to get my video example for Hostile Show Takeover in a much higher quality, since the first video is kinda crudy. I will be updating it with the higher resolution video shortly. Just wanted to let y'all know!

A video for Leeroy Jenkins (specifically, the one from the original Leeroy Jenkins Video) is literally the original video with the first 30 seconds removed. Since the original video is 3 minutes long, that's over 80 percent of the video used as an example, which I'm fairly sure isn't allowed.

I need a broken video deleted please so for the I Read It for the Articles trope the first time I tried uploading the video but mojibake broke the gear icon due to the use of special characters or something and now I can’t delete it can someone please delete it for me? It’s the one with the title Rab’s " "Spellbook". Please take care of it as soon as possible.

Okay so I found out you can’t delete pending videos apparently so my suggestion is that either you approve the broken video so that you can delete it or you can reject it. Just as a remember it’s the one with this title: Rab’s Spellbook

The video for Plants vs. Zombies 2: It's About Time on Energy Weapon is uploaded twice with the same title and description. You can just remove the one that isn’t the top.
