There are two questionable haikus:
1. One of them describes the show as a "harem anime with extra incest". I know they're probs just having a laugh, but still.
2. One of them has ten syllables in the first line, fifteen in the second, and seven in the third.
For every low there is a high.I'm surprised it took this long for that squicky part of the fandom to show up in this cleanup...
I assume that haikus sexualizing underage characters are not acceptable here?
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.I don't get that 2011 joke. Could someone please explain?
For every low there is a high. That's talking about pre-Content Policy times when fetishes, creepy gushing, and pedopandering flowed relatively free on this wiki.
Rock'n'roll never dies!So can I remove the gross haiku?
For every low there is a high.Yes, please do.
- The Loud House has a number of really bad cases of this, especially when they involve one character treating main character Lincoln in a rude or cruel way. Some notable examples:
- Luan Loud has trouble living down the almost sociopathic level that she takes her signature jokes/pranks in "April Fools Rules" (to the point that she even scares her parents) and being allowed to get away with it for the most part. The episode "Fool's Paradise" further tarnished her image in which she trapped her family in a motel where she can torment them with mean-spirited pranks for her own sick glee.
- Lynn Jr. has yet to live down her actions in "No Such Luck". When Lynn Jr. blamed Lincoln for costing her a baseball game, she convinced the entire family that Lincoln is a jinx, leading to Mr. and Mrs. Loud locking Lincoln out of the house, selling his furniture, and eventually only allowing Lincoln to participate in family events if he is wearing an uncomfortable mascot costume.
These seem kind of complainy, and don't explain why fans exaggerate these incidents.
I swear the fandom for this show is so whiny about No Such Luck and other bad episodes. I don't think I've seen this whininess about episodes and characters since My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.

Thomas fans needed! Come join me in the the show's cleanup thread!Ironically, the existence of entries like this gives evidence for Never Live It Down because tropers really love to harp on characters holding the Jerkass Ball in these few episodes that aired years ago.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.I think they do need a bit of a rewrite to explain that they really only held the Jerkass Ball for those episodes and aren't really that bad in most episodes.
I kind of find it funny how fans hate these episodes, yet latch on to the sisters' characterizations in these episodes like that's how they act 100% of the time.
The phenomenon is so interesting, there should be an Analysis page for Never Live It Down.

Thomas fans needed! Come join me in the the show's cleanup thread! On FandomSpecificPlot. The Loud House, it says that "the sisters' treatment of Lincoln in general and the massive Double Standard" have been the subject of Fix Fic's— but I hardly ever perceive a double standard in episodes at all, much less a "massive" one.
For every low there is a high. While cleaning up Absentee Actor wicks, I noticed some examples of it being used on recap pages for the show, but it specifically says it's for characters being absent whose presence would be either plot-relevant or at least plausible, and I'm not sure all the example apply.
Saw this on ATT: what do y'all think of this edit? It's kind of creepy given it's gushy about fetishizing underage characters. I also don't know if incest shipping even counts as Best Known for the Fanservice as it's not known from the show itself and most people who aren't in the fanbase (and many who are in the fanbase) don't really consider that stuff fanservice but squick.
- Best Known for the Fanservice:
- The Incest Yay Shipping has given the show this infamous status, especially among the male fanbase. Most blame the attractiveness of Lori, Leni, Luna, and even go as far as to target the younger ones (Luan, Lynn, Lucy, Lana and Lola especially), whether by aging them up or not.
- Among foot fetishists too, thanks to the ample number of bare feet scenes involving the sisters (especially Lori, who frequently goes barefoot) and recurring female characters. Special mentions go to Lori taking a picture of her pedicured feet in "Garage Banned" and Maria Santiago getting a foot massage by Ronnie Anne in "Power Play".
REMOVE THAT SHIT!!!!! Those were never played for fanservice, plus they're only children!!!

Content Warning: My posts may involve my actions dealing with R-rated or Not Safe for Work content. Same for my edit history.I've never seen that side of you before, Princess. This isn't trying to be rude, I'm just...surprised.
(Don't) take me home.Anyway that dude got bounced for being a ban evader so guess theirs nothing more to discuss.
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."I do wonder if there's other creepy shit on these pages, though, given the reputation of the fandom.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe. It wouldn't surprise me.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessI'm a fan of this show, but I am not one of those people, I swear!
In all seriousness, though, I found another problem: People link Lola's name to Enfant Terrible, even though she's not evil despite being a brat.
For every low there is a high.Ah. It's more of what I'm going to dub the "DW Effect"- Bratty kid characters in these works are considered to be the spawn of Satan, even if they're just normal little kids.

Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessMaybe Enfant Terrible just went through Trope Decay so people use it to refer to any antagonistic child character.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.I did see someone use it to describe Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes... but back on topic, what do you think of my remark on double standards?
For every low there is a high.I don't actually watch the show so I'll have to trust your judgement on that one.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessI haven't watched the show in a couple of years but I don't remember a Double Standard. Do people just complain about Lincoln being a Butt-Monkey and accuse it of being because he's a boy? Because the other sisters get their fair share of slapstick and misery too (putting aside, like, the couple Never Live It Down moments where Lincoln gets singled out).
