I'm sorry, I editted in an answer. But yes, I've had issues with large groups of players before and 20 is the maximum I'm confident I can handle at a time.

For a little bit I thought you went with 20 that because that's how many students were in a class in MHA, lol. I think the most I could even attempt to GM is like... 6, maybe.

I tried more than 20 and I ran myself ragged. It was a nightmare.

I just don't understand why I was chosen to be waitlisted. I'd really like an answer on that.

Wouldn't the fact that you have a co-GM help handle a lot of players?

Also, not to be rude, 3 more isn't that much compared to 20.

Everyone's got their limits and twenty is a pretty big number anyway.

Hell, for me? Four's a big number to rp.

23 is 115% of 20, I'd say that's a fair amount. And regardless of whether or not you're intending to be rude your actions are in fact rude. I've done a ton of GM stuff both on and off here and the perspective I have on this is that because this is unpaid labor Grim's doing here, basically, and because he's doing the majority of the labor, things are entirely on his terms.

Gonna have to agree with Troy (hi by the way), and Grim. Besides, usually as a RP goes on, it becomes more comfortable to let more than the original amount in, because it's relaxed to a point where it can handle that.

Arguing/passive aggressiveness only paves the way for the thread to die from rage early in before it can get there.

Sat, it's not that I specifically picked to put you in the waitlist, it's just that like I said, I had to deal with things yesterday and I had not been on for most of the day. When I got back, there were four slots and seven signups.

I deliberated a long time, trust me, if I could I would let you all in, but I capped at twenty and I was going to stick to that.

I picked the characters I liked best, I didn't deign to force people into sitting out.

I just wanted to let the guys that weren't picked know that their signups had been accepted and that when slots open up, you would be the first to know.

so, anyone have any initial thoughts/ideas for where their character's interactions with others might go? I had the kinda amusing thought of Soma and Camilia trying to reshape a gel prop Soma made for reasons at the same time and both not wanting to let the other one get the last tweak in. I have no idea what would happen if they did that though, lol

Hello to everyone by the by. As for initial interactions I can see Paragon grinding a few peoples gears, if only because he is a bit arrogant. I mean in a nice way, he is humble about a lot of things but can be sort of accidentally 'I have to jump in and do everything for everyone'. That will probably get beaten out rather quickly but still.
