Girls' Frontline: Neural Cloud is at that phase of a Gacha Game life cycle where they put out tons of risque cosmetics in a bid to increase revenue. Believe me when I say this is one of the least racy artwork they put out lately. Doesn't help that there's a dearth of official assets depicting Croque (pictured) within the past year.
In any case, apparently Neural Cloud had a collaboration with a Trading Card Game (not sure which one) in China a few months back; this is one of the artwork they produced for the cards.
