If you think that both the image and the caption are poor, please make a thread in Image Pickin' for the page, and we'll work on the image and caption both at the same time.
As with other TRS and IP threads, please state your reasons and make your case in your first post. Don't make the other posters spend time trying to pry it out of you.

I think Laser-Guided Karma works fine without a caption.
I also think the image should be magnified to twice its current size; is that an obvious improvement or does it need a thread?

If you can find a larger version that's good quality, go ahead and change it out; quality swaps generally don't need a thread.
Fighting Spirit got its caption changed from "I choose you, Pika- er, Star Platinum!" to "ORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORA" which is a meme apparently.

Neither the old caption or the new one make much sense to me... I guess they both relate to things I'm unfamiliar with? A better caption would be something that doesn't require you to know a work (or a meme) to get it.

Not sure about the first one...I think the second is a rapid-fe Ki Ai that the character yells as he's attacking. Neither is good.

The second one is a kiai. I've fixed the pothole so that it shows the correct spelling (kiai rather that KiAi), but nope, neither caption is very good.
