Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.

Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

The Lady And The Vamp bypassed YKTTW - it seems to be nothing more than a short list of het vampire romances disguised as a trope. I'd say cut it.

I stumbled upon a work page that seemed rather incomplete. Demon Envy has a stub for a description, and merely a single trope listed. I have no familiarity with the work in question, so I'm not of much help in expanding it.

Echoing Lu's sentiments, and noting the lack of an index, no apparent YKTTW, and a spelling error in the title to boot. +1 to torch.
Edit: Also probably ought to bring up The Homer linked on the page. No YKTTW, only 2 examples (one of which is a ZCE), bad name, stub of a description, no index.

It's a work page in the wrong namespace and needs a lot of other work, but that's not really our purview. Works pages are only required to have a description and three tropes; they should really only be brought here if they're lacking one of those. Otherwise, just PM the creator.
