Yeah, we see Failsafe try to appeal to Leslie peacefully to try to get info on Batman, so Failsafe's anti league measures seem to be in place in the event that the league goes rogue along with Batman.
It's something DCAU Bats would do since the Justice Lords were allies of a Batman who went rogue.

I just read the newest Catwoman issue from last week Catwoman is trying to use her remaining lives to take down a satalite so she goes into low orbit in a experimental jet and it gets damaged and she thinks about how she might have to die more than once on the way down. and its just so funny compared to Batman in the failsafe arc just falling to earth with just his batsuit and a rebreather and being fine
Does anyone know when the first story in the last few issues of Batman: The Brave & the Bold was set? The only thing I am aware of that dates it is that Alfred is alive but the final part in this month's issue appears to make Mia an official (if part-time) Robin.

I remember a story way back when Lex Luthor got the closest to killing Swamp Thing by trapping him in a single body and destroying it, which ended up with him regenerating on a planet millions of miles away from Earth.

I don't know if Ivy is anywhere near Swamp-Thing's level, but she is historically very hard to kill.

Poison Ivy was a misguided Anti-Villain as late as February of this year. Granted, that was a Wonder Woman story that might not have any bearing on the Bat books, but Harley Quinn was nowhere to be seen.
Speaking of Harley Quinn though, on the television show Poison Ivy admits that she's not in Swamp Thing's league, which is why they set out to summon him in the first place. Makes sense too when you consider Swamp Thing is supposed to be the avatar of a color wielding the power of 1/4th of Earth's biosphere, while Poison Ivy is a wall crawling Batman villain who randomly got plant powers because of something something Floronic Man.
He's unnecessarily powerful and has shit like kryptonite daggers.
Why would he have a contingency for another superhero if his main purpose is fighting Batman?
