YMMV / Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp

• Awesome Music: Higher and Higher reaches this level in the last episode with its opening verse restored and all of the campers singing along to the chorus.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: Bradley Cooper was so busy while the show was being filmed that all of his scenes had to be shot in a single day. This means he actually experienced his whole story in real time.
• Tear Jerker: Even by WHAS standards, Susie's storyline in this series is dark. She has sex (presumably for the first time) with a predatory middle-aged man, and almost immediately afterward she and Ben break up because he realized he's gay and in love with McKinley. She says she's fine with all of this, but her face after the breakup is painfully sad.
