• Awesome Music: The opening theme is incredibly cute and catchy.
• Demographically Inappropriate Humour: In "Meat House," Squatter Otter introduces himself by offering medical supplies to baby bears, casually flashing his briefs by opening his trench coat, with Panda being the only one perturbed by the sight.
• Just Here for Godzilla: Some Undertale and Deltarune fans watched "Polly's New Crew" because Toby Fox voices Jared.
• Nightmare Fuel:
  • In “Meat House”, beginning with the premise; a Hansel and Gretel-style house for carnivores. Then Squatter Otter, a freeloading bum who successfully encourages Grizzly and Ice Bear to live off the fat of the place (and meat of course). And then, add in a musical number where Otter, Grizzly, and Ice Bear chow down, chew up, and inhale the meat-themed features of the titular house, eventually becoming what they ate: meat! Grizz becomes a bacon-wrapped brat, Ice Bear a rack of pork ribs, and Otter a steak. Even if you’re not a vegetarian, a couple of these scenes may seem squicky to watch.
  • Madeline and her mother, Madame Malin from “Hashtag Number One Fan”. Madeline rarely opens her eyes, but when she does, she reveals her maniacal obsession with Panda and keeping him for herself. Her mother, Malin, may be saner, but she will do anything for her “precious baby angel”, even if it means harming or killing Panda’s brothers.
• Popular with Furries: Thanks in part to having a lot more anthropomorphic characters besides the bears, there's a decent amount of furry fans of this show. From Madame Malin, who is not only a vixen but also a fashion designer and a mother, to the wolf from Sheep Bears, who looks like a muscular frat bro.
• Tear Jerker: "Meat House" shows a flashback from Baby Panda remembering the time his mother was lovingly feeding him as an infant, compared to "Panda 2" of the original show, where he is shown to be lonely due to being isolated from his mother for some reason, seemingly confirming that he was indeed taken from her after he was born.
