• Fanon: Because this mod and the Smoke 'Em Out Struggle mod were created by atsuover, there are fans circulating theories about Annie and Garcello's relationship as either family/(ex-)lovers/friends/etc. This is also due to some similarities in their songs, such as Garcello's "Fading" having similarities to Annie's "Lover". atsuover would later confirm that the two are indeed very close friends, and Hazy River, released for Smoke 'Em Out Struggle's 1st anniversary, includes a bonus song titled "Dilemma", where the two go get food together.
• Funny Moments:
  • The menu screen for the bonus week has small doodles for each song: Annie and Garcello staring at a burger for "Dilemma", Liquid Annie hitting a small Daddy Dearest on the head for "Drowning", and Legacy Annie screaming with the words "ugly" written above her for "Tone It Down".
  • And speaking of the bonus week, "Dilemma" features Garcello and Annie singing while ordering food at McDonalds. Special mention goes to the ending, where the cashier goes "Alright, so that'll be one-" before singing himself, to which Garcello and Annie turn to each other, confused.
• Nightmare Fuel: Legacy Annie and "Tone It Down" initially just seem like a fun call back to the original version of Annie's mod... and then she drinks T H E L I Q U I D, and the screen goes black with the sound of bones cracking and a tone that grows louder until the screen cuts back in, where Legacy Annie is now a huge, lanky, deer-like demon thing staring directly at the player. Good luck getting that out of your nightmares.
