• Archive Panic: It's slowed down considerably, but as his peak, he was putting out full-length albums months apart from each other and could have as many as six releases a year.
• Best Known for the Fanservice: "Nymphomatriarch" is so well-known partially because it's made out of recordings of him and Hecate hiding the ferret.
• Not-So-Cheap Imitation: While the Autechre influence of Huge Chrome Cylinder Box Unfolding is obvious even at a glance, not for nothing did critics call it "the best recording Autechre never made, and... better even than most of the ones Autechre have made."
• Older Than They Think: His career. His released works only date back to 1999, but he has self distributed cassettes which date back to 1992.
• Signature Song: "Hajnal" and "Szamar Madar" from one of his most-known albums, Rossz Csillag Alatt Született, appear to be the ones that most people have heard about him from, and they have the most views of any Venetian Snares track on YouTube.
• Sweet Dreams Fuel:
  • In contrast to the other songs on Songs About My Cats, "Lioness" is a lovely string arrangement.
  • "Plunging Hornets" has a very warm sound despite the harsh beats.
  • "P" is a short peaceful-sounding ambient piece that is much softer than the other tracks on its album.
  • "You're a Nice Girl", with its soothing analog synths, lyrics (which are just the name of the song), and an overall friendly vibe.
• Tear Jerker:
  • Much of his classical themed work can bring tears to one's eye, such as the solemn strings of "Felbomlasztott Mentökocsi".
  • Some tracks from "Winter in the Belly of a Snake." "Dad" sounds vaguely sad instrumentally, but, judging by the title and the lyrics, is about Funk having a dream where his father was still alive. Then, there's "Suffocate", with a downright melancholic vocal sample in the main part of the song.
