• Growing the Beard: This episode began showing single stories instead of two and established more characters. It helps that the stories became more ballsy and faithful.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: During the reprise of "The Bunny Song," Mr. Nezzer quips that he "didn't ask you to part the waters, I just wanted to hear you sing," an obvious reference to Moses parting the Red Sea. Later on, in "Josh and the Big Wall," he gets a cameo as — who else? — Moses!
• Suspiciously Similar Song: Mr. Nezzer's Dark Reprise of "The Bunny Song" sounds a little bit similar to that of "Oogie Boogie's Song" from The Nightmare Before Christmas. Given that Phil Vischer modeled Nezzer's voice off of Oogie Boogie, it was almost certainly intentional.
