  • Ending Fatigue: About a single day passed between the first attempt at defeating the Elite Four rematch and the final victory, which in itself would be below average for TPP standards; the issue, however, was how long and tedious the individual attempt actually were, with each one usually taking about 2 to 3 entire hours due to the vastly increased difficulty. Not helping matters is that Etr, the first member of the Elite Four, easily took up between 30 minutes and an hour by herself due to having a team of particularly bulky Pokémon that JUANA had little to no counters for (on one specific attempt, her Azumarill took 18 whole minutes alone to take down due to some especially bad luck with Etr's use of Full Restores). As a result, it's no surprise that many players ended up tired of it before long.
  • Fan Nickname:
    • Cff((t( the Excadrill was often referred to as "Coffee"; it was also occasionally called "CFO" as a reference to CEO’’(+ ~##~ aka "CEO", the Excadrill from Rising Ruby.
    • Z-SSq was sometimes referred to as "Zeus", but also occasionally had its name likened to the acronym "ZSS" for "Zero Suit Samus"; after it evolved, its species name actually fit the acronym, as "Zero Suit Sliggoo" and later "Zero Suit Salamence".

  • Moment of Awesome:
    • During a slot machine session, JUANA managed to get two Jackpots in a row.
    • The initial battle against MARINA was one... for her. Contrary to the original run, she actually managed to defeat JUANA, finishing her off in an absurdly flashy manner by having her last Pokémon, ébneert's infamously tough Latios, turn Metronome into the insanely powerful Draco Meteor, and delivering a badass Bond One-Liner afterwards.
MARINA: Beat me at my own game? Maybe in your dreams. Time to wake up, JUANA!
    • Ditto was usually considered the weakest member of the team by far, and on what would turn out to be the winning attempt against Cyan's rematch team, was put in front with the expectation being that it could at least maybe do some damage to her first Pokémon before being taken down. What actually happened was that not only did it last far longer than expected thanks to a transformation into the decently bulky Vaporeon combined with its held Metal Powder, it also managed to take out two of Cyan's Pokémon by itself, plus half the HP of her third; most impressive however is that one of said Pokémon was X, a Blissey notorious for being obnoxiously tanky and having thwarted many previous battles, which it took down in an unprecedented mere three turns thanks to the efforts of the chat to power up its Combined Energy Attack.
Wahi: Ditto killing X was not part of my plan
      bewareofnerd: THE TABLES HAVE TURNED

  • Nightmare Fuel:
    • The initial visit to the Ecruteak Dance Theater had particularly glitchy battles against the Kimono Girls, but things became downright creepy with one specific Kimono Girl who had crashed the game when first interacted with, who when battled with was revealed to have an incomprehensibly long eldritch-like namenote  and sent out a ghostly-pale Kimono Girl named "?????" in battle, who proceeded to take down her much higher-leveled opponent in a single hit before the game crashed once more. As many players pointed out, the whole sequence of events was something that would feel right at home in an actual creepypasta.
    • Checking the bed in the Copycat room triggered an animation in which JUANA hopped on the bed, then for a few seconds the entire screen went gray with the exception of the blacked out character sprites, everything going silent as the Sing melody played, before she found herself transported to the Seafloor Cave. The scene in itself could be seen as kind of eerie already, but starting with the third visit however, an extra detail was added: the silhouette of the Copycat being seen walking to the bed right after the melody played. It came out of nowhere and was left completely without explaination, which left more than one viewer concerned.
    • The Virtual Boy turning the entire game palette to red & black could prove fairly unsettling at times, be it because of vast bodies of water looking like they turned into literal Rivers of Blood or of certain Pokémon now sporting large haunting red eyes. It also prevented all other palette changes, including fading effects, which had some unintentional side effects, such as making images flash on screen in unintended ways during transitions, or making the aforementioned Copycat animation much more easily visible, which caused some players to notice it for the very first time once the Virtual Boy filter was active ad get properly crept out.
