  • The starter for the run was a Turtwig named "K", which several players referred to as "Potassium" due to "K" being the symbol for said chemical element.
  • Roserade was named "O ☺R0BAA4B" in-game, which players frequently interpreted as "Roobarb".
  • Scyther, aka "NCZEUSELET", was sometimes referred to as "Select Zeus".

• Memetic Loser: Steel-types were the source of much mockery from the chat; while the type is designed as mostly defensive and as a result usually resists a large number of types, the run's Inverse mechanics instead gave it no less than 12 weaknesses, thus making its defensive nature moot and most Steel-type Pokémon into complete pushovers. This went to the point that Scyther never evolved for the entirety of the run, as the Steel-type Scizor would've actually been a severe downgrade from it.
