  • Fanon:
    • Due to this being the first Sinnoh run not to be based on the plot of Platinum, a;;;/]]]][% was the first Sinnoh protagonist of TPP to take a starter from Professor Rowan's briefcase without his knowledge rather than being offered one. Combined with his unsurprising tendency to throw Poké Balls at the Pokémon of other Trainers, and the fact that he owned two different Pokémon able to steal items from his opponents (namely Pachirisu with Pickup and Pikachu with Thief), many players ran with the idea that he is an actual thief.
    • Despite multiple bird Pokémon being added to the party at various points, all of them were eventually deposited and often even released before long ; this included multiple Starly and Murkrow, a Honchkrow, and even the starter Prinplup. Combined with the fact that the whole plot of the game was pretty much kickstarted by a;;;/]]]][% and Barry being ambushed by wild Starly, it's become a common interpretation that the former actually suffers from ornithophobia.
    • Because the releases of Honchkrow and Pachirisu, two major team members, happened close to each other and to a;;;/]]]][% breaking into the Team Galactic HQ and then digging into the Grand Underground, it has been suggested by some that they were either captured or killed by Team Galaxy as a;;;/]]]][% got caught and tried to escape.

  • Fan Nickname:
    • Multiple names were suggested for the protagonist of the run, a;;;/]]]][%, among which Auguste or Albert derived from the 'a', Bracen or Braig from the brackets, or Winky from the semicolons.
    • The Honchkrow that was part of the team until Day 3 was commonly referred to as "Mafia Bird".
    • The second Pikachu on the team was named "££££££££xS" in-game; the abundance of pound symbols in its name led to players referring to it as "Moneychu".
    • Ffffr44, a Skuntank that briefly replaced Pikachu while hunting for a Light Ball and later won a Beauty Contest was dubbed "French 44" by some players.

  • Moment of Awesome: Pikachu had a pretty epic moment while facing Bertha during the sixth Pokémon League attempt. It was sent out against Golem, and with no expectation of it actually surviving the upcoming attack, the Voices figured they might as well just try and use Surf. Amazingly though, Pikachu did survive Golem's Earthquake thanks to affection mechanics kicking in, and not only that, but through a combination of being faster and Bertha using her next turn to heal, it managed to land two more Surf attacks, actually defeating Golem. Then, after Bertha sent out her Sudowoodo, it was able to land yet two more Surf attacks by dodging a Head Smash, and while the next Head Smash took Pikachu out, its Static ability activated and left Sudowoodo paralysed, leaving it severely handicapped. While Bertha eventually won the battle, it was definitely a glorious moment of Pikachu pulling a surprising amount of weight.
