• Trapped by Mountain Lions: Because Kim Bauer's story has been split into that of two characters, Kiran and Veer, Kiran has a lot less to do in the second half of the first season while Veer gets busted in a drug raid which involves completely unrelated characters and has absolutely nothing to do with the plot.
• Unexpected Character: Despite having similarities in plotlines with Nina Myers, Nikita Rai is possibly revealed to be more of an Expy for Chloe O'Brian.
