• Ensemble Dark Horse: All of the female Autobots have their fans, despite most of the members' screen time being limited to this episode. Elita, Chromia, and Moonracer are especially notable (Elita for being a Lady of War and Optimus' equal, Chromia for being a tough Good Ol' Gal, and Moonracer for being a cute Genki Girl), and Lancer and Greenlight are popular with LGBT fans for being a same-sex couple in the first IDW comic continuity.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character: The female Autobots are a lone guerrilla resistance on Cybertron and regularly do battle with Shockwave, which offers potential for plenty of interesting stories. Unfortunately, none of them except for Elita One ever appear or get mentioned again in the cartoon, and Elita herself only appears in one other episode ("War Dawn").
